These Terms of Use apply to the RhiPlay website, First Guess® on supported devices and web browsers, and related RhiPlay services.

Using RhiPlay

You may use RhiPlay services for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, abuse other users or breach applicable law.

First Guess®

First Guess® offers different knowledge and puzzle games, with clues, attempts, scores, XP, achievements and other gameplay features. Rules and available features can differ between game modes. We may reasonably modify categories, questions, features, scoring and availability to maintain and improve the service.

Accounts and guest play

You can play some parts of First Guess® as a guest or sign in with a supported account provider. If you create or link an account, you are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure and for activity undertaken through your account. You should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Game progress and features may depend on whether you are signed in. We cannot guarantee that guest progress will always be recoverable after a device change, browser reset or removal of local data.

Account deletion

Signed-in players can request deletion through the app's account settings, subject to identity verification. A deletion request may take time to complete and can permanently remove account information and saved game progress. See Delete Account for more information.

Intellectual property

RhiPlay, First Guess®, the original game design, branding, graphics, text, software and other content owned by or licensed to RhiPlay are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to players.

Availability

We work to keep the website and game available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may affect availability.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, RhiPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
